Hey all Sorry for the lack of updates this weekend but holidays are somewhat crazy. Anyway Saturday and Sunday are off days. Back to work in the AM. Wont be on much in the AM cause I have to run some errands in the morning but will try to catch up tommorow night sometime. Peace out bitches!

Weight
230 even.
This is down a bit but not worried since my cals far exceed maintenance and I can't keep my ass from the toilet for a week. I was curious on how much weight I flucuate overnight so I weighed before bed at 236. So basically 6lbs overnight I changed. Pretty crazy.

Sleep
6.5 hrs. I wish I could get more but thats about all thats possible anymore with my schedule.

Workout
BoOOOOOooOOooM PR's everywhere!

DC Calf on Leg Press machine - 250x20+ (lost count) PR!
- I do these on a Cybex leg press. I eventually lost count on these. DC calves are 5 seconds on the toes, 15 seconds negatives (basically try to touch the toes to the chins). On the last 10 plus I added pulses to get these MF'ers hurt more!

SLDL - 275x8 PR
- I put on 50lbs more than before easily. This is 2 more reps up from previous PR but should have done 300. Kinda pisses I didnt. I had to look farther back in my log book to see I pr'd once before at 275x6 sloppy.

Xtreme Stretch Hams

Leg Press - 660x8 Easy - PR
- I tore some shit up on this. I hit 8 and was like shit I could have done another 10lbs on there. Oh well next time I shall.

Widow Maker Leg Press - 470x20 - PR
- Holy fuq that hurt! Needless to say I am hurting pretty good already

Xtreme Stretch Quads - Shaking like a MF'er!

Todays was a good day! I finished my 1st cycle through my DC exercises and set the bar high imo. Can't wait to start beating the book!

Sucked ass once again. I was up late getting some much needed cardion in

Diet
Still good. I have not been tracking lately but I am pretty much eating the same shit daily. So basically minimum 2x bodyweight in protein and 500-1000 cals above maintenance.

Health
I have had the ****ing squirts for 2 weeks. Its really pissing me off. My BP is doing well. Actually its lower than normal so I am happy about that.

Travel
Looks like work is sending me to California for 2 weeks for a software conversion. This is gonna suck balls because my schedule will be afu and not sure about gyms yet. I will be doing something though. Oh this is the first 2 weeks of May.

Bonus Exercise
Well I took momma's mini-van in to get repaired and they gave me a big ass 4-door 4x4 Dodge Ram while they worked on the car. Yeah it has a hemi I decided to make use of it and spent the evening shoveling mulch. That's a freaking back WO and a half. So guess what I did today? More back work God damn I will have a v-taper if it kills me

WO 1A - Time to beat the book

EZ Curls - 105x15RP - up 4 reps
- Not to shabby.

Pinwheel Curls - 35x11SS - up 1 rep
- Holy shit these just hurt. I really struggles here.

Xtreme Stretch Bi's - Hurt pretty good today. Seem hit or miss on these for some reason.

Hammer Strength Hi-Rows - 372x16RP - PR
- Up 10lbs, I was pretty much screming on these. It was fun.

Rack Deads - 315x12SS / 405x12SS PR
- This is my absolute favorite exercise. I love it, love it, love it! I once before did 405 for 3 sloppy reps. Today 12 was ****ing cake. I want 450 next time!

- Technically a PR but reps I missed my target range. I will keep 165 next round and rep that bitch out.

Xtreme Stretch Triceps - 40lb db's - these seem ideal. The 45's seem to give some pain in the elbow.

For a bonus I decided to do some shrugs.

Hammer Strength Shrugs - 440x10, 440x10, 460 (maxed) x10
- These had a minimum 2 second hold in the up position. Here is a pic of the contraption I used.

Talking Friday the 13th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Another great day in the gym!! Well the WO was great the music still fukin killed me. I found out the satellite radio was off and I only assume the cheap bastards didnt pay the bill. Anyway today was blues. I like the blues but give me a break. Nobody can WO at 5AM to the damn blues. Today more people bitched to the retard trainer and he said well we could just turn it off. I of course chimed in with a "hell ya turn that shit off." I think his people hurt his feelings cause he and his trainee got into a fight. It was awesome. She just competed in her first competiton last week and got 3rd in figure and 1st in her routine and he was so proud of his ability to train her. Not like she didnt bust her ass. Anyway she talked to someone that wasnt natural and he just went off on her saying he won't train her if she talks to steroid users. She told him off...it was beutiful. The fuker thinks he owns his trainees. What a douche. Hell he's not that bright. He basically uses Beverly Internationals routines and says he trains champions when he is just using other peoples work. Oh I forgot to mention he has a butt buddy trainer that all up his ass and he feeds off him. They constantly poke fun of people in the gym to feel better about themselves. Yesterday douche bag says to ****tard that one of the guys looks like Barney Rubble. WTF? Sure he does but Stfu and to say it across the gym OMFG someone should kick your ass. OK enough ranting...so being in the presence of douche nozzle and ****tard with the combination of bad music I once again kicked some ass!

DC Standing Calf Raises - 90x15SS PR
- Up 10lbs and could have done another 5 but someone was waiting and I felt bad cause these take forever. Followed with some stretches.

HS Seated Leg Curls - 138x20RP PR
- Up 10lbs. The machine is on those plasticy tiles and every rep I nailed the whole piece of equiptment moved a few inches. When I was done it was completely sideways

Xtreme Stretch hams

Lever ATG Squats - 320x10SS PR
- Up 10lbs. My target rep range was 6-8 so I need to increase even more. I am feeling 350 next time!

Widow Maker Lever ATG Squats - 240x20SS PR
- Up 5lbs and man the last ones came from nowhere. Good stuff!

Xtreme Stretch Quads

Travel
Not sure if I mentioned this but I have to go to Oakland for business. The gym is less than 2 miles awat from the hotel or about 1 mile from my work so this is pretty sweet. My Golds is giving me a travel pass so I don't have to pay jack.
