Monday
  • Chest (Cycling thru - Incline DB Press/Decline DB Press/Flat Bench Press)
  • Shoulders (Cycling thru - Military Press/Clean and Press/Cuban Press)
  • Triceps (Cycling thru - C-Grip Bench/Skull Crushers/Reverse-G Bench)
Tuesday - Strongman Events
  • Farmers Walk
  • Atlas Stones
  • Tire Flips
  • + Abdominals and Grip training
Wenesday (optional Off day)
  • Back Width (Cycling thru - Pullups/Lat Pulldowns/Reverse-G Pulldowns)
  • Back Thickness (Cycling thru - Deadlift/T-Bar Rows/Sumo Deadlift)
  • Biceps (Cycling thru - BB Curls/Preacher Curls/Chin ups
  • Forearms (Cycling thru - Wrist Curls/Hammer Curls/Reverse-G Cable Curls)
Thursday
  • Day off or Wenesday Training
  • + Abdominals and Stretching
Friday
  • Calves (Cycling thru - Seated Calf Raises/Hack Calves/Smythe Calves)
