| Soldier In Progress | I'll be following DC Blasting type routine June 1st-August, a week off then blasting through October and start getting dieted down in November. Typical training split, exercises I'm running right now (for straights sets of 15 reps): Chest: Decline DB, Incline DB, Hammer Strength wide Shoulders: Hammer Strength Press, DB Press, Smythe Press Triceps: CG Bench, RG Bench, Skullcrushers Back Width: Reverse Grip Pulldown, Paralell grip pulldown, Close Hammer Grip Pulldown Back Thickness: Deadlift, Sumo dead, TBar rows Biceps: BB curls, Preacher BB curls, DB Curls Forearms: Hammer Curls, Reverse Cable Curl, Plate Pinch/Farmers Walk Quads: Hack squats, front squats, smythe squats Hamstrings: Stiff legged deadlift, lying leg curl, standing leg curl, Calves: Standing calf raise, seated calf raise, smythe calves MWF type routine, alternating exercises. Plateau exercises will come as I choose. Training RP come June 1st which will start my first blasting routine ... dates here might be put back due to end of school year, moving, and such.

Not sure what all my numbers were (reps) I've got 'em in my log book, but I left that at the gym ![]() Incline DB - 50x? Hammer Military - 80x? RG Bench - 105x? Lat Pulldown - 140x? TBar Rows - SKIPPED due to time restraints
