| Banned | Thursday: Front Squats- 60x8 100x8 Squats- 120x20 120x20 SLDL- 120x10 120x10 Leg curls- 40x10 Seated calf raises- 130x15 Length Approx 45min Comments Front squat I was working on form the first set, and it was way to light, and the second set felt great. I wasn't sure how much I could get on 20 Rep squat sets so I went with 140lbs, those felt great, and got very hard after I was half done with my first set! SLDL was feeling good, I could've added more for the first set, but it was challenging. Leg curls, I could've done better on, but I wasn't sure how much I could do. Calfs were strong, but I coulde've done more weight. This was a great feeling workout, its like how I like my girls: Hot, hard, and when you're done its hard to walk away ![]() B+ |

| Banned | Friday: Weighted Hyperextensions- 25x12 25x12 Headsupported bent over rows- 90x10 90x10 T-bar rows- 85x8 Hise Shrug- 60x10 90x10 Length Approx. 35 min. Comments Hyperextensions the first set was weak, second set felt better. Rows went good, went to light on the first set, could've hit 5 pounds more on the second set. I switched to t-bar rows instead of kelso shrugs, definately like them better, they felt great. Hise shrug I've only done once before so I went light the first set, the second set killed my shoulders where the bar rested. Good overall workout B- |

| Banned | I think I'm going to start 2x cardio with this. One session in the morning one at night on off days, on training days morning cardio, then train at night. I'm sick of having this fat, and I want to get it off for more than 1 reason. If I start getting burnt out (Which I probably will at some time) I'll lower the frequency/intensity. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Well dude, if I were you...I will only do cardio once a day but have a SUPER SUPER near perfect diet. You have MORE then ample time to lose that fat with a great diet. Mental Status-->Diet-->Training-->Cardio

| Banned | Monday: Warmup- 20-30 pushups Benchpress- 100x10 105x10 SS Flys 30x12 Incline Benchpress- 95x8 Seated Military press- 85x8 SS BTN Press 85x8 Lateral Raises 2x10 30x10 30x10 Length Approx. 40min Comments I had a good feeling bench first set, but it was too light so I upped it and it was perfect weight. Flys felt good, even though they look light, their where I'm at, lol. Incline benchpress was way too light I could've went 10 pounds more. Military press I made a huge jump on and those were killer! Lat raises: First set wasn't enough, second set felt perfect. Overall a good workout A- |

| Banned | I'm still having a little trouble with that, I am going to see a doc soon. My sleeping paterns suck I only have been getting 3-4 hours of sleep. Idk why, but I've lost the urge to eat anything this past week basically. Not working out, having this crap whatever it is sinus or cold w/e, and not eating= lost muscle... Not to happy about that. |
