| IronMass Donator | So this will be my new log, which will be replacing this one: http://www.ironmass.com/workout-logs...tting-log.html Here are my first pics for the IMPC: http://www.ironmass.com/2007-impc-pi...pril-pics.html Looking particularly 'husky' today. I weighed 247 this morning. Sundays are my off day, so look for updates tomorrow. The only things that might interfere with my IMPC results are that my doctor just put me on Adderall XR to help reign in some of my daily madness, so that has been known to oppress hunger (which would be a good thing except for I gain weight when I don't eat often enough), and in the next couple of months I will be starting on a full back tattoo that will involve several sessions and long weeks of recovery, we'll see how that all works out though. My leg kept me out of the gym for a week, I can only imagine how bad the back will be. Also, my gorgeous and immensely supportive wife has joined our little soirée here, so more goodness. Chris |

| IronMass Donator | Today was chest and shoulders. I have to agree with Nikki ('wifeofpsychoholic') about humility comes when you see pictures of yourself online, and I realized just what needed to happen to get going forward, so I had a killer workout with that in mind. In my pics my shoulders look flat and weak, but after a good shoulder workout my delts stand out like softballs and my traps stick up a good inch above them at the edges and run up the back of my neck (it's probably my best body part). Didn't get alot of sleep and felt a little weak, but there was no shortage of effort. Flat bench bb press: 15 x 95, 12 x 135 (fast), 10 x 185, 4 x 225, 6 x 225, 20 x 135 Incline db press, supersetted with incline flyes: 3 x 10 x 55, 25 (press, fly) High pulley cable crossover: 3 x 10 x 25 Seated overhead db press: 10 x 35, 10 x 45 Standing overhead bb press (just felt like it): 2 x 10 x 135 db shrugs (good deep pulls): 20 x 85's, 15 x 90's, 12 x 100's *times up* Weighed 248 at home, 255 at the gym (nekkid at home after waking up, clothed after breakfast with shoes on at the gym). Despite Skelooths delusions of grandeur, I am going to wreck folks in the IMPC. =) |

| IronMass Donator | Did back yesterday, felt good. I don't have my notebook with me, so no specifics. Did cardio today, had a meeting at 9 I had to be at so I didn't get to go as long as I would have liked, but I did it anyways. I'm also going to cut out Muscle Milk for meals that need just a protein shake, I think it has too many calories, and I'm going to quit using the entire bag of 'uncle bens ready rice' (soooooo good if you haven't tried it yet) and stick to one serving. I'm not really losing any weight currently and I think that I'm missing something somewhere that is preventing me from doing so. I will give another 2 full weeks of sticking to the plan like a maniac and if I haven't lost any, I'll contact Michael and see about a revision to my 'impc destruction' plan. |

| IronMass Donator | This weeks schedule has been kinda jacked up (we had a water main break between the meter and the curb and they had to come out and dig up our f'n yard to fix it. When you have 2 big dogs that don't like people in their yard, they tend to bark ALL GOD DAMNED DAY WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!). Had a fantastic bi/tri/forearm workout today though. Woke up to see 246 on the scale (leaning on the 245 side), so all and all things are well. Nikki is making hellafied progress, I'm super proud of her (and she has a new badass tat that we'll post pictures of soon). So, todays workout (I didn't really stick to a plan today, just felt the weight as needed and went for what felt right): Standing overhead tricep extensions: (wu - 10 x 40, 10 x 60), 12 x 80, 12 x 90, 10 x 100 reverse one arm cable tricep pulldown: 3 x 10 x 20 vbar tricep pressdown: 10 x 80, 10 x 95 (full stack), 10 x 95, 10 x 100! seated tricep press machine: 10 x 230, 7 x 270 (had to put a 45 lb plate on my feet to keep me from rising up - no seat belts) Alternating db curls: 12 x 20, 12 x 25, 10 x 36's, 10 x 40's, 7 x 40's, 10 x 35's preacher curls (slllllloooowwww): 3 x 10 x 60 behind the back forearm curls: 12 x bar, 12 x 95, 12 x 135 Finished it off with some abs. My arms are punished but they look good and I feel good about it. I am really trying to come into the next pictures at 240-242 - it's ~4 or 6 more pounds to go, and 2 weeks to do it. |

| IronMass Donator | Oh, it's comin SCF. Just not after the meal we ate last night. So yesterday was spent doing a metric ass load of yard work (overseeder on 10k square feet of hilly front yard can KISS MY WHITE ASS!), yard looks great and I managed to avoid the inevitable 'fork in the microwave' look I get when I'm out in the sun because I actually remembered to put on sunscreen this morning. But then we went out with some friends, ate mexican food (enchiladas supremas and a 27 oz Texas 'Rita), and generally didn't stick well to our 'no cheat till after the next round of pictures'. I'm not overly worried because of the retardo amounts of calories I burned pushing that 175 lb, non-self propelled, motorized thatcher/seeder up and around my yard for 2+ hours. I felt like I was training for a strongman contest (which also makes me thing I need to spend some time dragging around a tire or a sled or something), just not as cool or Polish. I'm going to try and not weigh myself till at least Wednesday so that the sodium in the food doesn't make me hold water and discourage the hell out of me for a few days. |

| IronMass Donator | 4/23 workout: Chest (had a whopping 3 hours of sleep going into this - I think this workout was completely fueled by the 'WTF? Pump'd!' I took before going) Flat db press, 10 x 40, 10 x 60(warm), 12 x 80, 8 x 100, 5 x 100's fly machine: 12 x 175, 12 x 100 (sloooooow), 12 x 100, 12 x 100 cable crossover: 3 x 12 x 45 smith inclines: 3 x 10 x 90 4/24 workout: Back (5 hours of sleep, also powered almost entirely by WTF - this stuff rocks pretty hard. I was tired, but energized but not tweaked - did 25 minutes of cardio that morning as well.) lat pulldown wide: 10 x 70, 10 x 100, 10 x 120, 10 x 140, 8 x 180, 7 x 200 narrow handle lat pulldown: 3 x 10 x 140 (good mind/muscle connection on these) Deadlifts: 10 x 135, 10 x 185, 10 x 225, 7 x 275, 1 x 315 (these were without straps, grip felt a little weak) smith bent over rows: 3 x 10 x 90 4/25 - OFF! I just couldn't go and get another day of sleep like I've been getting so I did no cardio or lifting today and still slept like ass (damned dogs barking at people). I plan on doing some hella cardio in the morning. |
