| IronMass Donator | Ever have one of those days when you just can't stand the treadmill? That was me today - got a whopping 20 minutes done before giving it the finger and just coming home. Going to bed now. |

| IronMass Donator | Yesterday was a wash. I didn't eat badly, just not great. Didn't get to go to the gym at all because of meetings that kept me late at work and got me back at work early, and I was flat out exhausted. Today is off to a better start for sure. I did biceps and forearms today - nothing else. I'll post the numbers shortly when I go grab my book, but they look badass. |

| IronMass Donator | Been a bit lacking on updates, but here it is. The scale is hovering in the 243-244 range, and won't budge. Food, as mentioned before, hasn't been great. Sleep has been worse than normal. But, workouts have been solid. I did some shoulders today and the weight just moved right - of note I managed to do db overhead presses for 1 set of 10 with the 80's, then a set of 4 with 90 lb db's. I was pretty pleased with that. Just your normal stuff after that, side lats, front raises, upright rows, front/rear shrugs, etc... Took our impc pics today, was not pleased with that though. I was feeling pretty uninspired today when taking them. |

So I have been a slack bitch about going to the gym this week. Not really being slack, but work has been taking it's toll and a bunch of BS with the county and one of our dogs being in quarantine for 10 days (he nipped the mail lady because she took off running and swatted at her) - it's been a somewhat half empty nest around here. Our other dog is barely eating (he's already pretty skinny because of his hyperactive nature), Nikki is upset, and I'm bummed as hell (which is a somewhat unique state for me, I'm not used to it). I just got home from work after working a 16 hour shift, and I've got to be back tonight to cover another one of our guys. I screwed up last night and had some chinese (bad news on that part - found out there is a chinese place that delivers until 6 in the morning), it wasn't very good and I swelled up like a macy's day parade float. I wouldn't be suprised if I saw 247-248 this week on the scale. I'll just call this entire week a 'reset the metabolism' week and drive like hell next week. When I did back on tuesday, I definitely moved around some new pb's for me, and my back is feeling nice and wide, so maybe the extra calories aren't doing as much damage as one would think - 'mini-bulk' as Skelooth calls it. =) | |

| IronMass Donator | Quick update - Another great week of doing exactly squat. Buying a new house takes it's toll on your time, and of course with no workout the diet has suffered as well. I feel like I've been running on empty for the last couple of weeks and I know I haven't been getting enough sleep (not by a long shot). We did have an awesome evening last night to celebrate our anniversary (been married 8 years as of last wednesday) - that involved food that wasn't even remotely on our diets, along with a buuuuuunch of really good wine. And yesterday, during the day, I had a chipotle blue cheese bacon burger and fries from Chili's and polished it off with one of those volcano chocolate death things. It was unabashedly good. I'm not sure why I can't get my head back in the game - I am going to e-mail Michael about switching up our diets, maybe some fresh perspective and approach is in order. I'm going to bed, maybe I can get a reasonably long period of uninterrupted sleep. Chris |

| IronMass Donator | Back in it with a vengence - a full hour on the treadmill (67 minutes if you count cooldown) 50+ of that at 13% at 2.5 mph. Thing says 885 calories. Boooyachacka! |

| IronMass Donator | Threw down on some good chest workout. Started with some flat bench db press, did 12 x 40, 12 x 60, 10 x 80, 8 x 105, 4 x 115's. Felt awesome, especially after having only 4 hours of sleep. Incline was 3 x 10 x 185, did some cable cross overs and some hellafied laying leg raises and holds for abs - it was good. Food has been great today, no real desire to stray any more. Got a good concert to go to on thursday night, so that should be even more calories burned. I plan on hitting 239 before my next pictures, by hell or high water. |

| IronMass Donator | Just got off the treadmill (literally, I'm in the locker room), did 40 minutes, said I burned 560 calories. I was watching the Godfather - I have to say that the TV in the treadmill is one of the best ideas yet. |

| IronMass Donator | Hey guys! We're still alive and around. We're in the process still of buying a new house and moving and all of that, so keeping things updated and going to the gym has a been a different kind of problem. We'll have pictures from the new house next picture day. I'm still holding strong at 243-245. I can't seem to get away from that, but I've emailed Michael, so hopefully this week we'll have new diets and programs that we can work with. I'm off work all week, so I think I can get to the gym multiple times a day every day this week and really do something impressive for pictures. Chris |

| IronMass Donator | I completely lost my mind this week. Seriously. I was listening to a song and he mentioned tacos, then I started thinking about how long it had been since I ate tacos, so I ate some. Then the next day, went back to Taco Bell and had more. Then Thursday I did it again! I'm not sure what happened, but I ate so badly this week if I'm not back up to 250 something is working in my favor and I didn't even know it. On a good note though, the new house is PIIYYYYYYMP! We're heading to the gym now then we'll take pics when we get back. Chris |

| IronMass Donator | Unpacked the scale, sitting at 248 this morning. Realistically it's not as bad as I thought, and I'll be back down to low 240's by the beginning of next week. Gotta keep on keepin on. Got our new workout/diet from Michael, this one could be the best yet. I obviously can't post details about it (diet mostly), but it's all about pushing out that last one when you don't think you can - which is my favorite way to do it. I stayed out of work tonight because I am just dead ass tired, and I'm about to go crawl back in bed (I was trying to not screw up my sleep schedule, but I'm being pretty useless right now, so I think I may say screw it and go back to bed with my beautiful wife). I know I keep using the 'buying a new house' excuse, but here are the fruits of this labor; 'Haus Auf Psycho' - it has been TOTALLY worth every minute of it. http://www.psychoholic.net/newhizzy/ |

| IronMass Donator | Scale went back down to 245 this morning. Just got done with one of the best back workouts I've had in a long time, I love my new program!! I was sweating like an english pop group in rehab. I've got a meeting I have to run to get to, so I'll try and post numbers later. |

| IronMass Donator | I just got out of one of those RPM cycle classes - I couldn't even finish it!! I got about 30 minutes into it and I just couldn't go any more, I almost couldn't make it down the stairs at the gym. I managed to hobble to a treadmill and after punching in the buttons to get it moving, my pulse was at 151, so about 1:30 minutes after getting off a bike and cleaning it my pulse was STILL at 151 (I suspect I had to be close to 200 at some point). I have a new respect for all of those SUV driving soccer moms in there (I was the only dude in there). Ughhhhh. |
