I will still be lifting but I have to do a changed version of my original routine becayse state is on Saturday and I cant be sore going in to it. Original Routine- Monday- Back/shoulders Hang Clean Deadlift Chin-ups Lat Pulldown Bent Over Row Shoulder Press Tuesday- Chest/Tri BB Bench DB Bench Incline DB bench Tri Pushdown Skullcrusher Wednesday- off Thursday- Legs Squat Lunges Jump Squats Leg Curls Calf Raises Friday- Abs/Bi's/Traps Here are my pics.
