current routine:
mon - bis & tris
BB curls 3x6
db curls: 3x6
close grip bench:3x6
tricep extensions: 3x6
dips: 3 sets to failure

tues - Chest, abs
Bench press: 3x6
incline bench:3x6
db flies: 3x6
weighted revese crunches: 4x12
decline weighted situps: 3x 10

Wed - back
bent over rows: 3x6
i forget what they're called. it's kinda like you're pulling a lawn mower while bent over. 3x 6
stiff legged deadlifts: 3x6

thur - shoulders, lats
cuban press: 3x6
arnold db press: 3x6
wide grip pullups: as many as i can do: usually 2 or 3 with difficulty.)

fri - legs
hack squats: 3x 6 (don't have a squat rack)
leg extensions: 3x 6
lunges 3x 6

Looks similar to something I would have done when I first started.

Right now, just worry about eating...at this stage in the game, you'll grow so long as you eat.

once in a while, i can't get the biggest meals in, but i do get 8 meals a day. like today, our band went on tour, and the only time i got to eat was at lunch. i had to sneak wheaties, beef jerky, and peanuts. i'm gonna eat like crazy now that i'm home!
