Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Started my training for the 2007 IMPC today. Fot those that don't know me from BB.com, I suffered a broken leg on Jan 11th, so my training has been non existant til now. I was 330 pounds when my injury happened, down to 301 as of this morning. Will post pictures as soon as I can. Todays workout Incline DB Bench 70x12x11x10x10 Flat DB Bench 70x11x10x9x9 Incline Flyes 30x12x12x11 Tricep Pushdowns Rope 140x13x12x12 Burnout set 140x11 90x10 60x13 Cardio 30 minutes elliptical interval 135 BPM. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | MY stats: 46 years old, 6 feet tall, 301 pounds, 29.7% bodyfat (Omron) Chest 52 Shoulders 56 Waist 48 (gonna lose that) Hips 49.5 Biceps flexed 18.5 Forearms 13.5 Thighs at midpoint 29 Calves 18 My left leg is about an inch smaller than my right due to my injury. My training is mainly to reduce bodyfat and keep/increase mass if possible. My nutrition is between 2400-3000 calories per day, 50/30/20 P/C/F. Training schedule: Monday Chest/Triceps Tuesday Back/Biceps Thursday Shoulders/Abs Friday Legs Cardio is done 4 days post workout at low intensity, Wednesday and Saturdays are higher intensity cardio days. FreeMotion Plate loaded squats (broken leg in January) 180x13 230x12 270x11x10 Leg Press 360x12x12x10x9 Leg Extensions 190x13x12x12x10 Lying Leg Curls 130x12x9x6 110x12 Donkey Calf Raises 300x16 340x14 400x12x10 (These are still a bit uncomfortable) Walked 20 minutes on the treadmill at a snails pace to get my heart rate down.
