Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Hey guys, i will not be competing due to a few reasons, i will however track my progress here, simply because i can get good feedback from judges, and they don't have to go looking for my thread. Here are some pics from around 1-2 months ago, where i began. I will be bulking for 12 weeks, with 6 weeks for a whole body split, and the last 6 weeks for a back to the basics lifts. A little background.... I really didn't get into bodybuilding until 3-4 months ago, when i realised how much dedication was actually needed to get good results. Im one of those people who loses focuss easily, which is another reason for my log. Penut butter, with toast Green Tea Apple Chicken breast sandwhich Workout Protein shake w/water Apple TBC TRAINING: Flat Dumbell bench 1X8 1X10 25 kilos Barbell Rows 1X8, 1X10 50 kilos Deadlifts 1X8 70 kilos 1X8 80 kilos Military Press 1X8 30 kilos 1X5 35 kilos Barbell Curls 1X8 17.5 kilos 1X6 22.5 kilos (something is ****ed in my forearm) CG Bench Press 1X12 37.5 kilos 1X12 42.5 kilos Notes: Something in my forearm is ****ed, it makes curls hurt ect, nfi what it is.. My diet wasn't to good today, i felt like shit, with dry lips + exam + cold sores.

| Pro Stature | hey jiza good job starting a journal! IMO you need to start eating much more... looks like youre under 2k cals! PM me if you have trouble eating lots of food, I know some ways to overcome that and become a 5k cal eating machine :P
