I have stuff to do -- like golf!! ![]() Pullups(sniff. . . sniff. . . sniff *insert crying smiley*) 5, 4, 3 Close Grip Seated Row 10 reps X 60lbs 10 reps X 70lbs 10 reps X 80lbs Military Press 10 reps X 15lb dbs 10 reps X 20lb dbs 10 reps X 20lb dbs 10 reps X 20lb dbs Lat Shrug*took these heavier because I read that I should be able to do 40% more on them than on a wide grip pulldown. I didn't do all that, but I did take them heavier. 10 reps X 100lbs 10 reps X 110lbs 10 reps X 130lbs 10 reps X 130lbs Side Laterals 10 reps X 10lb dbs 10 reps X 10lb dbs 10 reps X 10lb dbs Superset Incline Presses and Incline Fyes 10 reps each exercise X 15lb dbs 10 reps each exercise X 15lb dbs 10 reps each exercise X 15lb dbs Alternating DB Curls 10 reps each arm X 20lb dbs 10 reps each arm X 20lb dbs Overhead DB Tricep Extension 10 reps X 25lb db 10 reps X 25lb db That was it -- I figured 27 sets was enough torture. After that, I went outside and practiced my chipping for 30 minutes. Ta-dee-da!! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Har,har -- he is a good golfer and I'm definitely not. ![]() Today, I walked prebreakfast for 40 minutes. Then I hit a bucket of balls and golfed 18. Later this afternoon, I did a light workout which included Step Ups, DB SLDLs, Squats to Presses, and DB upright rows. I then practiced my chipping and putting. I may end up taking my final photos for the IMPC dressed up in my golfing gear and holding a club or something. :lol3: |

Pullups 6, 5, 3 Lat Shrugs 10 reps X 130lbs 10 reps X 150lbs 10 reps X 170lbs 10 reps X 170lbs *Atrainer encouraged me to go heavier on these. If I can't golf well for the next couple of days, I gonna kick his butt. :p I love the exercise. It really makes my lats numb. Ham Glute Raises 10 X BW X 3 sets supersetted with: Roman Chair Squats 10 X BW, 10 X 25lbs, 10 X 25lbs One Arm Rows 10 reps each arm X 25lb dbs, X 30lb dbs & X 35lb dbs SS Incline Presses with Flyes 10 reps X 20lb dbs, 25lb dbs and 30lb dbs on Inclines 10 reps X 15lb dbs X 3 sets on flyes Swiss Ball Crunches 20 reps holding 10lb plate X 3 sets That was it for fun and excitement today. 25 sets and it felt like a great workout! Next is golfing. . . |

A surveying company just called to conduct a customer satisfaction survey for the bank we used and I could hardly comprehend what she was asking because I'm sooo tired. Today, I did 40 minutes prebreakfast cardio, did a 50 minute lifting workout, hit a small bucket of balls and golfed 18. That just about did me in! I'm either old or that's a lot. :lol3: The Captain's Choice thing is tonight (nine holes) and I don't know if I have the energy to head back in that direction. :p I hope all of you have had a wonderful day! I enjoyed mine a lot -- I'm just out of gas now. Ooooh and other news: I bid on a Lange Skinfold caliper on Ebay and got it for $112. That's a pretty good deal and it came in today. I'm going to work with Brian on learning how to do it and when I ever get serious about knocking down the bodyfat again (probably beginning August 1st), I'll be able to track how I'm doing. I took my suprailiac with it and it was 5 to 6mm. I took that one because I'm always leanest there and I didn't want to depress me. Anyhoo -- a new toy!One more thing -- I've never sold anything on ebay before and I have Brian's bike on there. I have 20 watchers. (That sounds like I'm excited about stalkers. :lol3: ) Anyhoo, hope it sells. That tis all. :peace: |
