| Fast guy in training | Ok, I'm changing my routine over to DC, but I will be doing it a little differently due to sprinting. Once every 2 weeks I'll swap the leg workout with a sprinting workout. I have the basic routine in an Excel file and shall be updating my numbers through that unless otherwise told. Routine starts on Sunday! ![]() Last edited by Gappa238 : 05-19-2005 at 05:28 AM. |

| Fast guy in training | ![]() I finally had my first work out in a while and I did take it a little easy because of that and I was a little sore from softball last night. Here's what it looked like: light jog for 5 minutes squat - 190x8, 225x6, 235x5 lying leg curls machine - Don't know what the weight was but did 3 sets of 8 single leg extentions - same as above seated calf raises - same as above but 3 sets of 12 jump squats - 2 sets of 135 then finished by jogging a mile. | Fast guy in training | Did chest and tri's today, here's the low down: DB bench 55lbsx8 {2 sets} 60lbsx5 High cable flies{Standing} 3 sets of 50lbsx8 Low cable flies{standing} 3 sets of 30lbsx8 Skull crushers 3 sets of 30lbsx8 Straight bar cable extentions 3 sets of 80lbsx8 Finished with a 10min jog |

| Fast guy in training | Started with a 5 min cardio warmup Lat pulldown 3 sets of 140x8 Seated Row 3 sets of 130x8 Deadlifts: 135x8, 155x8, 225x8, 255x2{lost grip}re-racked and did another 4. Behind the back shrugs: 135x8, 185x6 Cut the workout short because I started feeling lightheaded after the last set of DL and the shrugs didn't help. But was hella pumped that I set a new PR on DL ![]() |
