Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 34 | Weight: AM - 162.2 PM - missed, wasn't at home Diet/Supps/Sides: Was out most of the day, no outside food allowed but stuck with grilled chicken and whatever healthy foods I could find. Was out in the heat and definitely did not drink enough water. Felt dehydrated in ther evening. Training: Cardio - Treadmill - 10 degree incline - 3.8 mph - 50 min - Great WO as usual but definitely feeling sore in the glutes and hams - I miss my Excell and Xtend!!!! Cardio is definitely easier with the Xceed and BC or AMP pre-WO. I can still do it but the level of effort feels greater than with it. Weights - Scheduled OFF, didn't get to do make-up weights, got home to late to get to gym, will try tommorrow. Other: Not a great training day since I am behind on weights and missed them, but my son needed to be the priority today and we had a total blast!! We spent the day together at the space center and he abosolutely loved it! (Mommy did too ) I ended up getting annual passes for us as part of his birthday present so I expect we will be spending alot of time there this year. In honor of the 35th anniversary of the first man on the moon this week, they had a spectacular 3D IMAX film all about it and it was very inspiring. I have been lucky enough to get to view many launches up close, see many astronauts, and go up on the launch complex while the shuttle was on the pad but even though I am not that close to it anymore, I never cease to be amazed by it all. Today definitely reminded me that the "impossible" really is possible and if you can dream it - you CAN do it!! (Cheesy sounding, but TRUE!) Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 34 | Weight: AM - 163.4 PM - 166 I feel like I am retaining water, I am sure I had a few more carbs than usual yesterday eating out. Diet/Supps/Sides: Biweekly medium carb day today but I scaled back a little due to feeling like I got extra carbs yesterday and am holding water. *macros coming later* Training: Cardio - Treadmill - 10 degree incline - 3.8 mph - 60 min - Feeling like I wante4d to stop after 30 min but pushed it until I got a second wind and made it through the rest no problem. Great WO, legs felt a little tight after, did some extra stretches. Weights - FINALLY!! - Legs/Abs/Misc - So happy to get to the gym, was right before closing so I did all teh legs I could and my HLRs and worked in a few other exercises in between sets where I could. Considering I had 0 supps, I think I did pretty darn good. Leg day it tough enough WITH supps. Deinitely feeling the burn in the legs and glutes. I was happy to discover that the box I have been using for SLDLs is actually 12" not 6" - could explain why it hurts so good!! ![]() ![]() Other: Lots to do today. Old laptop acting up pretty bad so had to get things transferred over to the new one and get it all hooked up for work, getting ready for son's birthday, the usual weekly stuff, working, family stuff, etc. Feeling extremely tired after the gym, didn't get much sleep last night. Took some caffeine and feel a little more perky now ![]()

Had my multi. ![]() ![]() Training: OFF Day - Unscheduled, see Other. Other: Well everyone, here is the deal, you can yell if you want - I deserve it, but I took today 100% unscheduled OFF of training. I have been burning the candle at both ends trying to juggle all my responsibilities and when I woke up this morning feeling run down and exhausted with a sore throat I decided enough is enough. So I took today off to try to listen to my body for once and get some rest. After waiting 1.5 years to "finish" what I started with my surgery next week, the last thing I need is to get sick! It is NOT gonna happen, no matter what. So I am taking my vitamin, drinking my water and with alot of luck I hope to get some solid sleep tonight. So I apologize for being a wimp this time, but I feel like it is the right thing to do. I will start over tommorrow and pick up on my training Thank god Monday is almost over and hope everyone has a great night! ![]()

Related words: Xtend, Excell, BCAAs *macros later* Training: Cardio - KickMax: Adv Kickboxing - 50 min Bootcamp Challenge version - 3 lb weightson punching combos - This was TOUGH this morning! My quads and especially the hams (from the platform SLDLs I am sure) were just screaming and OMG the plie squats and airborne jacks were killer today! Felt good to do this WO after a while away from it and went by alot faster than the treadmill. Although I admint I was wishing I had done incline treadmill insted when the bootcamp intervals hit! Great workout but not up to my usual intensity. This one is tough and much more so on no supps.Other: Woo-hoo!! Got about 6 hrs of sleep and feeling more like myself Had 8 hrs planned but lost 1 hr battling the little one last night then fell asleep in his bead until 4 am when I woke up to the oldest in my spot in the bed. Decided to have my pre-WO snack then scoot him over and go back to bed for 30 min...well, I came back to find the little one had woken up and and was now also in my spot! LOL They looked so cute and peaceful I couldn't disturb them I just stayed up.

Pizza girl struck again. Not since the start of my 1st log ever 21 weeks ago has she made an appearance but tonight she came out with a vengance! I worked late missed my afternoon and evening snacks and when the pizza came for the kids I smelled it and totally caved and binged. I feel so bad I did it but I think it is important to show that everyone slips up and I will get back on track tomorrow. I used to let something like this throw me off for days feeling guilty and then eating more because of it. Not this time. Feel free to yell at me today, tommorrow I will move on and try to work extra hard to make up for it.![]() Training: OFF - see other Other: Woke up still not 100% decided to sleep in a little, slept through the alarm, missed cardio Then worked late, kids bedtime stuff and no weights. I am ready for bed already and 1 more to get to sleep still. *sigh*Tommorrow is another day...I am still not giving up on 159...I have 8 days left to try and I will do my best! ![]()

Thinking of trying some kind of thermo/fat burner product during my recovery. See other. Diet will be chicken instad of steak today. Ran out at home and figure lower fat today is not a bad thing after yesterday. *macros later* Training: Cardio - Treadmill - 10 deg incline - 4.0 mph - 30 min - This was a quickie but it felt great!
