Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 34 | Weight: AM - 164.8 PM - 165.8 Diet/Supps/Sides: Little to no sleep last night (~ 1.5 hrs) and not a whole lot more the night before, so I had to break put the big guns this morning to get me going. Stim-X/Xceed/Excell pre-WO and happy to report no nausea from the Stim-X, just extremely thirsty. ![]() Training: Cardio - IMAX3: Adv Step Interval - 60 minutes - Good WO...on the second try. Tried to do this at 6 am adn got through the second interval but realized I was wither going to get a very crappy WO or injure myself because I had such bad form. Jumping up onto a 4" platform and hopping around it like a helicopter is dangerous wehn you are half asleep!! So I went back to bed got a little sleep and then tried again at lunch. MUCH better! Got a good WO but not my usual intensity and struggled a little. Weights - Chest/Tris/Abs planned for later. ![]() Didn't do weights last night, had no strength, exhausted and crashed hard. Mad at myself about it but letting it go, moving on and will bust ass to make it up and not let it affect my week. Other: Looking forward to bedtime tonight *yawn* and the end of a crazy Monday! Plan to be 100% tommorrow and ATTACK my kickboxing WO and my Weights (Back/Bis/Calves - yippee!!) ! I've got a WAR to win with the scale (I sound like Stonecoldtruth now..lol)...before this log is over - I WILL be in the 150s! Even if it is the last day! Bring on the water and the broccoli!

Not to mention a hungry, hot and sweaty bunch in lawn chairs waiting on me...I better get on the ball! Weight: AM - 163.2 PM - *tbd* Diet/Supps/Sides: Back on the BC/Xceed/Excell combo today, and of course, my sesamin. Great energy today. Supps work even better when stacked with sleep ![]() *Macros Later* Training: Cardio - Kick Max: Adv Kickbox Intervals - Missed this morning. but I really needed the sleep so I guess it trumped the WO today. But I got almost 8.5 hours and I feel SOOO much better now!! Will make this up sometimes today and I will attack it - as promised!! I am fired up and ready now! ![]() Weights - Will do Back/Bis/Calves tonight if I can get to the gym, otherwise tommorrow which is normally an OFF day for weights. Will make up Chest/Tris/Abs from yesterday at home tonight or tommorrow depending on family schedule. Other: Woke up this morning so groggy, I made lunches like a zombie and then sat on the couch with my yogurt and I fell asleep WHILE eating the yogurt with the open container and spoon in my hands!! Woke up practically drooling with blueberry yogurt everywhere!!! LOL OMG, it was on the couch, the floor, all over my shorts and t-shirt, even got it on my sheets when I walked by the bed on the way to bathroom!! LMAO ... Thank god my couch is dark blue. After I cleaned up the mess....I went back to bed. Felt like a Monday...lol. But now I am all rested and ready to go!! Oh I hope I get to go to the gym tonight..please, please, please! ![]()

Diet/Supps/Sides: ![]() Training: UPDATE: Weights - Back/Bis/Calves Better late than never....Check this out!!....I caught up and kicked butt..as promised! Didn't get to gym until 9:10 pm and they close at 10. Alternated some exercises between rests on others, felt super pumped, went up on reps and even made a couple PRs!! AWESOME!! After that, I came home and did 50 min of Cardio Kickboxing!! Booya!! Finished at 11:30 pm, sweaty and grinning ear to ear..felt SO good! (Yes, I am slightly crazy but I like to consider it a "feature" of my personality..LOL)! ![]() Other: Work decided to give us July 3rd off, so 4 day weekend for DawnMarie!! Woo-hoo!! And the gym is even open on the 4th! Hmm, one guess where I will be spending time this weekend?

Sesamin will likely end this week Since I won't be able to train for a while for a while shortly after this log, debating if it would benefit me to get another bottle and take while I am off training for a few weeks. I will need to stop BC/AMP/Stim-X, Xceed and probably Excell after the 12 weeks (Drs orders) so considering continuing this for another 2 weeks to compare my performance on the plan without the supps...just for fun (fearing the DOMS and 5 AM cardio with no stims! lol)![]() Training: Cardio - IMAX 3: Adv Step Intervals - Woo-hoo! Awesome WO! Getting better at this one each time I do and loving the sweat and intensity! One minor problem but didn't affect WO (see other) Weights - Chest/Tris/Abs - Great WO tonight, made several PRs on exercises I have been stuck on for some time. Gotta love that! Especially after the PRs last night - I am on a roll now! Gotta make these last 2 weeks count!! ![]() Other: ATTACK OF THE KLUTZ - Well, it finally happened. My inner klutz came out and I hurt myself I was doing some quick moves straddling the step and my shoe caught the edge of it. Right ankle (which I did a number on a few years back) got somewhat twisted and hyperextended and I landed on it to stop myself from falling on the floor. It didn't really hurt but for the rest of the workout I could feel it "twitch" from time to time and afterwards it started turning a nice shade of "Barney the Dinosaur" purple. I am so mad at myself for doing that!...Rrrr. Anyway, I put it up with some ice and took some ibuprofen so hopefully it will not interfere with my future WOs...Let me correct that - it WILL NOT interfere...I will keep doing cardio if I have to do it on one foot!!!!!! ![]() UPDATE: I think the ankle is going to be ok tommorrow. Just a little discolored and no pain - whew! I was worried about having to do my Kicboxing with one foot - that would have been difficult! And pretty funny to watch too Happy Hump Day!

Note to FNF, VS & EME - You can have your rice, my taunting friends, I'll take the steak! :p LOL Bulkers always like to brag about thier food don't they? lol*macros later* Training: Cardio - KickMax: Adv Kickboxing - All 74 Sweet Minutes! - I must say, I was feeling fierce during my kickboxing today - woo-hoo!! Felt so good I threw in 1 lb handweights during the punching combos for an extra burn! Really building up the endurance on the Bootcamp Blast - did ALL the plie squats and airborne jacks and actually got a bit higher off the ground. Ahh! Nothing like 5 am cardio to start off the day! <----Now THAT is one thing I NEVER imagined coming out of my mouth! Ha!! Guess I am learning to love my cardio. ![]() Weights - Shoulders/Abs - Later today, can't wait to do those presses! I plan to push hard for extra reps today. ![]() *details later* Other: Ankle was fine during Cardio, so sorry, no one-legged kickboxing involving me falling on my ass for your entertainment....this time anyway...LOL One more day until Friday and a 4 day weekend (well, might have to work 1/2 day on Mon)!! Can't beat that, it's going to be a GREAT day!

Up on reps on most even after a shoulder heavy kickboxing WO this AM and finally tried heavier weight on flat crunches and went up 20 lbs! Yay! Great workout! ![]() Other: Looking forward to Leg Day tommorrow! Bolting to the gym right after work. Hubby is going to the Pepsi 400 race Sat so I have a date with the incline treadmill in the AM to make sure I get in my cardio. Finally got to the grocery store to fill up the cupboard (almost bare!) and arms were sore carrying in the groceries, guess I worked them good today! Plan to do BJs this weekend to stock up. After seeing the price on a 10 lb bag of chicken, I can't buy it anywhere else now! Too bad they don't sell many supplements (at least at mine).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | If not tomorrow, then soon. I'm so excited for you - you're really getting there! Also, any forcast on pound loss from the surgery? I've talked to my dad about him getting the surgery because he lost 60 pounds in 5 months (he switched to lowered carbs to control diabetes and took up running for an hour every morning) and has really loose skin on his abs. It actually laps over his belt completely. He can't get to the goal his doctor wants him to achieve - 178 - but he keeps getting to the high 180s and I keep wondering if maybe some of that stubborn weight is really just extra skin. He's 64 so it just isn't as elastic anymore. |

You know, I didn't ask about that. That is a good question. I was thinking today about how it would affect my weight and overall BF as I think I carry the most fat in my tummy area of anywhere. ( Well, besides the booty but that fat isn't all bad hehe ) My original goal back in Nov 2004 when I was my heaviest was to get to 150 lbs. I am still in awe that I am actually almost there. I am within about 10 lbs of that and have 1 more month to go so even if I only lost 5 from the surgery I'd be ecstatic! Mainly I think it will make the most difference in the type of clothes I can wear and possibly the size. I usually buy things bigger so I can wear them up higher at the waist, especially the mid-rise jeans. I expect the waist and hip are will be somewhat smaller. I am going to do before and after measurements and weight and pics for myself so I can tell the difference. I am also having skin removed up top to reverse gravity, etc. but that should not really weigh anything because the amount is so small. I am nervous but starting to get excited about the outcome. I mean, what if I lose more BF after and then you could actually see even a hint of the abs I work so hard on? That would be amazing. For years I never thought I had any, they were so buried. Even though I will be a hurting girl for a bit, I figure it is worth it and that is why God made pain meds. I will be overnight in the hospital so I'll get the good ones then hehe My mom is coming up for 2 weeks to help out so that'll really be nice since I won't be able to do much for at least a week.Ok well enough rambling, thanks for coming by and keep up your great progress on your workouts! I am watching!! ![]()
