Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Hib you know where I am from.......my mommie ![]() SCT and JT............get on that stepmill boys. :lol3: Today's DC madness: bis/forearms/calves/hammies/quads bb curls (2 WU sets) 9, 5, 4 rp (+2 1st set, +1 lat set) bb wrist curls (2WU sets) 12 reps ss (+5 lbs) hack squat calve raises (1 WU set) 13 reps ss (+1 rep) These are killers :bringiton: SLDL's (2 WU sets) 14 reps ss(+10 lbs, + 1 rep) Squats (2 WU sets) 5 reps ATG ss (+1 rep) then widow maker set of 22 reps (+10 lbs , + 2 reps) I literally saw stars after the widow maker set. Today's pre Wo supps were 2 scoops of the Ragnarok Warrior Mellon Flavor + 2 caps of ALR Hyperdrive. The Warrior Mellon was FANTASTIC I must say. The other flavor I had was something like SUCK ASS Punch..but the Warrior Mellon was great..........really tasted good. After a 10 minute rest, for some reason I was so jacked from my supps that I felt compelled to do some more lifting (against my better judgement...LOL) Sumo Leg presse 2 sets (10, 10) supersetted with leg press calve raises (15, 15) Then to totally fry my hammies.......3 sets of 1 leg Hypers (8, 8, 8) OMG I don't think I have ever fried hammies the way I did today. Walking already is a major chore. I should be cripple by tomorrow. I hope I can get my Rid the Fat Cardio in.

Yeah I know I should have upped the weight a bit more. Nothing you can do once the set is over other then note it for next time. Barb, Yes the Warrior Mellon is great ! Walking is a major chore and in fact I about died getting my cardio in this morning. LOL Rid the Fat Cardio: 30 mins stepmill The last 5 mins had me feeling like I had car batteries strapped to my legs. But I persevered and got my 30 mins in, but that was it.

I am a big fan of low intensity longer duration cardio for muscle preservation. Usually anywhere from level 4 to level 7..but usually not higher then that. Sometimes I'll go up to level 9 for the last 2 mins for the hell of it, but not often. DawnMarie, Thanks Sweetie ! tonight's Rid the Fat Cardio: 30 mins stepmill ![]()
