Notes: Today's Biceps, Triceps and Forearms session was very difficult. The straight bar and curl bar curls were probably the most difficult excersizes of the entire session, but I enjoyed it. I achieved all my workout goals, and overpassed a few, such as Close Grip Bench Presses. On the second set, I got 7 reps but didn't know till I checked the recording. Good news. I look forward to setting more PR's next time.

Weighted Leg Raises
Set 1 - 10 x 12
Set 1 - 10 x 12

Workout Length: 51 minutes

Notes: Today's Chest and Abdominals workout was great. I really surprised myself by increasing 5lbs on my bench. It really surprised me because I only got six and a half hours of sleep yesterday along with cheating insanely and not eating enough, and also ran out of XPAND last Saturday. I expected a much weaker workout due to these factors. I was not concentrated at all, but still had a great workout. It was great to feel how "light" 150lbs was.

Notes: Today's Back and Traps session was a great success. I had planned to get 300 x 6 on deadlifts the whole day. When the time came, I gave it all that was in me. I didn't really expect to get 300 x 6 on the second set, but I guess my strength is still going straight up. It's great to finally be deadlifting past the 200s.

6/17/05 (Week 5 of 8)

Friday - Biceps, Triceps and Forearms

Notes: Workout was skipped. Cheated in the afternoon and by the itme it was time to workout, it was too late. I had no motivation to lift either. Skipping this workout made me feel really guilty, and I regret it.

Notes: Today's Chest and Abdominals workout was great, much like last weeks. My strength is still increasing, even without the XPAND. My concentration during the workout was slightly improved. The only thing that was a problem to me was the decline barbell bench press. I nearly injured my left shoulder and elbow joints when the loaded bar unexpectedly dropped and my left arm was in an akward position.

Update:
It's my birthday today, and I do expect to do some cheating. I am very eager to hit the gym and will post my new routine and measurements tomorrow.

On another note, here is a picture of a picture(Took a picture with my digital camera, please excuse the quality) that I just took of when I met Jay Cutler on February 26, 2005. His arms are HUGE!!!
