Default vanwilders diet log

i am a person that does not give a rats ass about what i eat, rather i eat when im hungry which is all day. ill break down a sample day for what for the next 3 months will be like

there are 5 - 8 meals a day :P
i take 3 protein shakes, first 2 are 70g, last one is 120g
i cheat a lot
i gain weight easy, dont be shocked if i gain 10-15 lbs in a month.

if i have to write something more direct just let me know and i can do it. :bigthumbu

jsut updating that sometime this week im goign to do a body cleanse. i have gained so much weight and i think some of it is jsut sitting inside me lol

once school starts i will be using cee

well i am starting creatine as of NOW

mono to start, when its finished cee will be used. this entire cycle will go on for 2 months. i am stoppping bulking with all the food... im still going to put on weight from the creatine, the first week i bet 6-8 lbs but im goign ot try to lean out a bit now, i got fat and out of shape these past 6 weeks. no specifics to my diet, just trying to clean it up a bit...

protein, bcaa's, creatine eventually, ephedrine, caffien, possibly glutamine, glucosamine, and arginine, orthidine(spelling i know) stack.

ok i wont be using epehdrine, didnt like how i got semi addicted to it once as i got headaches without it. same goes with caffien, got addicted to that before as well lol.

lmao i tried to get hte a/o stack today for later on, stupid hoe at hte store said you need to be 18. its amino acids ffs o well.

now since football started i increased my food intake as well as i eat more frequently and such. despite the recent leaning out and weight loss i should be obtaining, im putting on weight, i think from the creatine.

6 meals a day, strict diet, 1 cheat meal every 3-4 days, not cheat days, cheat meals.

goal is to cut 15 more lbs for jan 1st

creatine (krush 4 by all max) started today, im very sick right now, i have to stop cutting and start eating again. a akg 2 arginine will be used as well as glutamine.
