Default vanwilders beefcake nutrition

im not putting what i eat because i dont really care hahah

im cutting right now, by the end of impc i want to be 215-220 lean. i am currently 227. atm i am using ALRI cr2 and dymatize xpand for creatine and 4-6 scoops of protein daily, glutamine and that is it for supps. i will not use aas of any kind

green tea added 2x daily as well as glucosamine, chondrotin and msm

ok meal plan, i decided to get into this once again, im seeing good results in the past few weeks with my lifts and loosing bodyfat

meal 1 @ 7 am- protein shake 2 scoops whey
1/3 cup skim milk powder
2 cups of water
6 grams glutamine
1/3 cup dextrose
1 banana
1 serving of mixed fruit

4 pieces of toash or 4 eggos
3 glasses of water

9:30 am - take 3 pills of red acid
3 glasses of water

meal 2 11 - am w/.e i get for lunch 3 glasses of water

pre workout - Xpand
workout - 2-3 L of water
post workout - Xpand or ALRI creatine ethyl ester 4 caps

meal 3 either 3 or 5 pm depending on soccer - protein shake same as above 3 glasses of water

meal 4 at 6-7pm same idea as lunch, what ever is in the house
3 glasses of water

meal 5 protein shake w/ 2% milk, not water
3 glasses of water
