Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Usually a day goes like this: Wakeup: Whey protein shake, then eat a bowl of cherrios, take some liver tabs and a multi vitamin. 2hours later: Weight Gainer Shake Noon: maybe some nuts, a can of tuna, glass of milk, some flaxseed oil, etc..... 3 hours later: A sandwich, glass of milk, liver tabs, peanut butter 2 or 3 hours later: Dinner, whatever my family is having that night, could be anything from hamburger helper to pizza :p. Another 2 or 3 hours later same as at noon. Before I go to bed: Cottage Cheese. I really need to eat more during this bulk, my training is alright, so I think it is my diet that will be the hard part. Again, this is just a theoretical day, not all of my days are like this. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Thanks for the reply USMuscle9403. So I will change my breakfast to oatmeal, a glass of milk, and a whey shake. The whey shake is ON 100%, so there is only 23 g of protien in it. The weight gainer shake is just Prolab N-large II because I got lazy. I am going to change that to a homemade shake. This was HP's he put on bb.com, and I like it, so I will use it: 2 cups milk 2 scoops whey protein 0.5 cups oats 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 large banana On meal 3 and 4 I understand what you mean. Dinner: I really need to learn how to cook, I am mentally retarded when it comes to cooking . And I will add in a couple scoops of whey before I go to bed. Again thanks for the constructive criticism. |
