Sfix, stretch that gut.

Also note, this is my "contest prep" mode tpye diet I'm in right now. Once June 1st htis I'm full-out off-season mode and put on as much mass as possible for the contest. Come mid-October/early-November I'll play with my diet and cardio to drop some of the unwanted fat to come in around 7-8% for the final pictures. Hopefully.

Very true, thinking about it the fats are probally lower than I have them outlined. But I'm not sure to the exact amount that would be coming from all the steak and chicken I eat. I don't add fat, except to maybe one meal where I take 2 tbsp of olive oil or PB.

I would add more carbs, but as I'm starting out the contest trying to become leaner (at a disadvantage to you skinny kids ). As summer rolls around I'll be upping cals to around 6-7k as I'll be doing 2-3k of cardio everyday (part of my job, no way I can change that). Then come fall I'll drop down to around 4500-5000 cals ... I'll keep posting information as that comes, I don't know my metabolism with that high of an intake so -- things can change.

The cardio will start summer, part of my job. split and carry firewood.

Khan -- no olive oil or PB? I need some sort of EFA, what should I use then? I drop PB, that's fine. But olive oil as a mono and poly EFA?

I might add a bit of olive oil to grease a pan in the morning (< 1teaspoon) ... other than that, I may have a fingerfull of PB if I'm feeling low on energy or when I'm tired of the taste of pickle in my mouth.

Now and then instead of boiling chicken, I may fry it. That's MAYBE once a week at the most.

I'm thinking flax over olive oil? PB will be dropped ASAP, I knwo you don't like it.
