Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Dude, I can tell you already that you're not eating enough.. If you're trying to gain weight.. and I only say that because your fitday said you wanted to gain 5 kg's... I'm not one to assume that diet means you're trying to lose weight as diet means eating properly with hopes of gaining or losing weight... Anywayz - If you're bulking... I went to your fitday and scrolled back to August 27th... You only took in 1514 calories... you need to be way over that.. Lyke double.. I say thys because I'm 85 kg's and I eat 3700 cals a day... I can't view the word document cause I don't have Word for Mac... but I can look at your fitday and see that u're not even getting 1.5 grams of protein per day... With that diet, you aren't getting 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Thanks for the advice GDD, I forgot to fill out the last 3 meals of the day on my fitday account so it would have probably ended up around 3000 calories and 180-200g of protein... Here's the basis of my new diet, the ZigZag Diet, which basically aims at simul (screenshots from excel). There may be a few variations during the day...
