Default Oldrookie's IMPC Diet Log

I'm not sure how often I will update this, but as of right now this is my overall plan.

Currently I am following the BFL nutrition plan for the most part. I am not weighing portions, just estimating and having 1 portion of good lean healthy protein and healthy carbs at each meal. Trying to get vegetables with at least two meals.

I eat six meals a day typically at 7:30, 9:30, 11:00, 3:00, 5:30 and 7:30.

I have cut out most beverages beside water other than occasionally mixing some grape juice with my water. (it is amazing the calories saved by not drinking juice, gatorade and pop during the day.)

The best and most important part (to me) of the BFL program. One cheat day per week. I usually take this day on Saturday or Sunday and eat whatever I want. What usually happens is I feel like crap after eating pizza and ice cream so I don't crave it (for about a week). It keeps me sane also because I know I just have to wait a week until I can have it again. I have gotten more sensible with my cheat days because I truly did feel awful after many of them. Lots of Tums on those days.

Anyway, that is likely to be my IMPC nutrition plan until we get a little closer. I want to cut the weight down to under 10% bodyfat and then save the last two or three months to really dedicate the diet and get cut for the finals.
