Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | Diet: 6:30AM Meal 1 weight gainer shake (homemade), 3 egg whites (egg whites occasionally) 8:30AM Meal 2 Wheaties, turkey jerkey, 2 pieces ( i have to sneak it into class) 11:30AM Meal 3: 1/2 cup almonds or a little bag of peanuts Lunch is at my school at 12:40. Meal 4:2 chicken breast sandwiches w/ broccoli or carrots or an apple. sandwiches: 1 has slice of cheese, the other doesn't. After School Meal 6: preworkout: bowl of shredded wheat, 3 or 4 egg whites pwo: whey protein shake w/ grape juice, sometimes an egg white or two 6:30PM Meal 7: grilled chicken, or steak, apple Before bed Meal 8: 1 cup of cottage cheese, 4cups of milk, 2 flax seed oil caps. |

I just keep the macronutrient timing the same: Meal 1: Protein/ fat/ carb Meal 2: Protein/ carbs Meal 3: Protein/ fat Meal 4: Protein/ fat Meal 5: Protein/ carbs Meal 6: protein/ fat Meal 7: protein/ fat Sometimes I can't get full meals in, so I just eat some beef jerkey during passing peiods. We can't eat in class! ![]() MOP
