I might as well use this section...

When available, I will post up my macros + water intake, and perhaps I will post a detailed diet from time to time.

This info will be availabe in my IMPC Training log as well since it will be easier to see which diet goes along with which training day, however if you just want to see the diet aspect, this is the place to do so.

Thursday and Friday nutrition were in the vicinity of 3,000-3,300 cals per day. Nutrition was not optimal these past 2 days but it was decent, hopefully enough to fuel some growth.
