Default The Brotherhood's 2007 IMPC Diet

Sup peeps.
I won't keep a log of what I eat, because I don't believe in "what" you eat but how much/macros.
I don't believe in "eating clean". I keep 40-50% of my carbs from complex carbs for performance purposes, fats from EFAs on most days because I cant be bothered to eat fatty stuff on most days, and protein from meats/eggs/whey/dairy/junk food

I am currently deloading for another two weeks. I was initially going to stay at maintenance cals and up it to my growth phase cals when I finish my deload.

However, after coming out the BB.com Transformation Contest 2007 (and a whole year of dieting), I splurged here and there and set my bodyfat back a couple of weeks, and so will be dieting out the next two weeks with the following macros

Pro - 200g
Fat - 40g
CHO - 80g


I will update once I change my macros.

Current supplementation is limited to Fish Oil Caps, Whey, and my joint complex (Primaforce Elastamine). That will change when I get my growth phase on as well.

So for the next two weeks you'll have calories around the 1500 range?

I would have, but I scrapped the idea and decided to get back with plan.

Will be at

150g Carbs
45g fat
185g protein

for another one and a half weeks
