Please show me where in the bible that it states this. Also, God gives permission to eat meat after the flood:

Gen 9:3-4

3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
KJV

Romans 14:1-4
14:1 Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters. 2 One man's faith allows him to eat everything, but another man, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. 3 The man who eats everything must not look down on him who does not, and the man who does not eat everything must not condemn the man who does, for God has accepted him. 4 Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
NIV

Not trying to turn your diet into a debate, but if we are going off of the bible, it is not wrong to eat meat.

If you can show me where in the bible it says not to eat meat on Fridays, then I will believe you. I believe if memory serves me correctly that there is nowhere in the bible that it says that. It was manmade. I have no idea what you are talking about with the gills and scales thing. Anyways, back to your diet, how many calories are you getting in per day. It doesn't seem like very much.

I personally think you need more protein less carbs. Or are you the kind of person that needs unreal amounts of carbs to gain, ect.?

Hey BigD,

I have trained several clients with good results who are vegetarians, both bodybuilders, and those just looking to change their physiques.

While vegetarian bodybuilding certainly can present some challenges, it can be done successfully.

Here is a website that I researched, and still reference when I'm working with vegetarian clients.

http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/

If you haven't already found it, I definitely think you will find it helpful.

Good luck with your training!

- EME
