Diet
I am currently bulking up. I will be bulking for most the 05-06 season. At this point I will be consuming roughly 3850-4250 calories a day. I will increase this as my weight goes up.

Supplements
I am currently supplementing with these. I will try other supplements, and will keep you updated as I do.
