We are all 7 weeks away from the finals now, well at least I think it's 7 weeks, i've been doing this for a long time.

So how do you guys feel of your progress thus far, are you happy where your at?

Yikes. I don't know. I'm scared because I've never cut up before I don't know where I am or what to expect. If my fat loss continues as it has then I'm in the good, but getting single digits never seems to just slide in just like everything else.

Definately happy with my effort, just don't know if I'll have enough time. Current plan is to come in at 172 @ 7%, only time will tell.

i'm sure everyone will make improvement. Even if the physical change isn't the best, every contestant will have learned a ton about their training, diet, and normal responses to the many variables involved with the lifestyle. Each year gets better, cleaner and more efficient.


Can't wait to see the results (all whom are involved).

I know what you mean about never being happy. In a way that is good, you have hunger that wont fade.

But I mean, are you happy with the progress you have made so far? 6 weeks out now and im anxiously awaiting to see everyone's last progress updates.

Did I want more muscle? Hell ya.
Would I have done things different? Hell ya.
That said if I did not make mistakes I would not have learned. I am happy winning or not. It's been awesome.

Lol, I usually just pick out stuff I can eat from what my mom makes.

Like potatos and veggies and then maybe some whey if there isn't a lean mean, etc.

My clean refeeds which I do no more than once a week I eat around 4000kcal of high fiber cereal and skim milk.

Haven't done a refeed in a while since my calories have been high, but not that I've dropped them I'll probably start up again. I usually only eat that once every 2 weeks or when I start feeling weak/tired.
