Women's Bodybuilding Posing Guide - With Video Posing Guide for all competitors

IMPC Contestants,

Since there aren't a lot of places to go for instruction on Women's Bodybuilding Posing, I created a guide that I use with some of my female competitors.

I have created a version for everyone here in the IMPC as well.

Also, at the bottom of the page, there is an ~ 11:00 video that goes through all of the mandatory poses. Although the video features male competitors, the presentation lessons can be applied to women's posing as well, with slight modification.
