Trophies and Prizes for IMPC 2008!!!

In this thread, I will post the information for the trophies and prize packages.

Many thanks to BB2K for his help in contacting supplement companies with prize request donations. I am still waiting to hear back from additional companies, and as prizes are confirmed, this thread will be updated.

Scivation Prize Package

I can now confirm that the top finisher in each of the three divisions will receive the following Scivation products:

1 large Xtend
1 Vasocharge
10 lbs of Whey (that's right people... 10 lbs!!!)

I thank Marc Lobliner from Scivation for donating this generous prize package to the 2008 IMPC. I personally can't live without my Xtend!!

I also want to announce that Marc has agreed to be one of the judges for the finals in November. In addition to being president of Scivation, Marc is also a national level NPC competitor so he knows a quality physique when he sees one.

The trophies will be provided by me, your humble contest administrator, madman911.

The top finisher in the Open Bodybuilding Division will receive the following Neils Andersen sculpted trophy:

The top finisher in the Novice Bodybuilding Division will receive the following sculpted trophy:

The second and third place finishers in the bodybuilding divisions (Novice & Open) will receive the following trophy:

I am still deciding on the exact trophies for the MIP Division, and I'll post those up once I know exactly what they'll be.

Madman you can add MST to giving some prizes too. I will see what I can acquire and if nothing else I'll dip into my stash for this.

Millennium Sport Technologies Prize Package

The top finishers in each division will have their choice of THREE MST products.

The second place finishers in each division will have their choice of TWO MST products.

The third place finishers in each division will have their choice of ONE MST product.

MST has one hell of a product line: Millennium Sport Technologies

Thanks to Matt Masuda of MST for the donation, and I am pleased to announce that Matt has also agreed to be a judge for the finals.

I think we can count on yourself, DJohnson, and BB2K for the open so far. I hope we'll get several more people interested... I mean, LOOK at these prizes. I am sorta sad I can't join in and win the open... again! :cool3:

pondering MIP, Im already heading on being 170lbs (~77kg) by November, maybe I'll join in and see what I can do.

I have benefitted greatly from this contest, and I HAD to keep it going. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. If I hadn't taken up the torch, someone else would have. I wasn't planning on competing this year anyway, so I'm really happy I can be part of the contest in a different way, and play a role in helping the contest evolve to the next level. With the site traffic being so low, it's kind of an uphill battle, but there's already been a big uptick in activity as a result of the IMPC coming back. This contest really is the life blood of ironmass.

Wow, great job guys! This is shaping up (pun?) to be the best IMPC yet. I wonder if we can sneakily pimp the IMPC on other forums with the promise of prizes now. The more the better!
