how do you reccomend i go about my tanning. how long ect per day for each week i do it and how many days per week. what kind of plans do you guys use when tanning.

see they go and buy cream stuff and they rub it on and TADAH they are tanned
cheaper easier and better for you then taining boths

EME recomend dream tan #2 becuse it comes of with soap and water after you take a bath

well does this help tighten the skin as well, beucase ill need that and i heard tanning at hte salons do that

Tanning in a tanning booth can help you drop some subcutaneous water, but it's only a temporary effect.

If you were doing a true bodybuilding competition where you were going to be on stage in front of the judges, I would recommend you start tanning 3-4 days per week at about 4-6 week out.

The darker your natural tan, the better most tanning products will look when applied, and if you tan regularly as the contest approaches, it can help with subcutaneos water retention.

For the purposes of this competition, either Dream Tan #2 will probably be the easiest solution, because you can wash it all off easily after you take pictures. If it were a true competition, I'd definitely recommned ProTan over Dream Tan.

If you choose to use Pro Tan, your color will definitely look better if you have a good base tan, than it will if you are pale.

i am tottaly anti tanning both because of the rays the use to tan you are harmful

yeah but w/e lol bad or not haha im so pasty anyways. i picked up some dandelion root to get rid of the extra water, im starting that now.

thansk eme, what stores can i get that product at, as well how much will it set me back?

You can pick it up over at the BB.com store for sure.

I don't think King at *************** regularly carries tanning products, but he can probably get you a better price than BB.com if you e-mail him.

you talking about dreamtan if so its like 20 bucks for enough for 2 sets of pics at bb.com
