Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 55 | The relaxed poses in the bodybuilding division are the bodybuilding "relaxed" quarter turn poses, which are not really "relaxed" in any sense of the word. For the Most Improved Physique division, you do not have to do the official bodybuilding stance in each quarter turn position, but you should still present your body in the best possible way. You should not be truly relaxed. You should have your head up, shoulders up and out, stomach in, or flexed if you prefer, legs and arms tight etc. Remember, this is not supposed to be one of those fake before and after advertisements where a person is trying to look as bad as possible in the beginning and then suddenly gets good posture, proper lighting, a tan, and a hair-do in the final pics. You should do your best to present yourself the best possible way each month so your pictures are an accurate representation of your progress. You do not have to wear a posing suit, shave or apply contest color for the monthly submission pics, but everything else should be pretty much the same as it will be for the final submissions. ( Note, Those competing ONLY in the Most Improved catagory do not have to wear a posing suit, shave, or apply contest color for the final pics like the bodybuilders have to do. However, they CAN do any of those things if they choose to. ) Please let me know if you have any additional questions. - EME
