Dinner was decent (chicken, beans and corn)

Today is 100% clean but I am forcing some more cheesecake tonight to get the crap out my house. I can't just throw it away.

So far (I'm making pizza later tonight):
  • 10 fun size snickers over the course of the last 24 hrs
  • 6-7 pieces of italian bread dipped in olive oil and roasted garlic
  • Caesar salad
  • Lobster ravioli
  • 2 white sangrias
  • Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, chocolate sauce, whipped cream concoction that was pure heaven
  • A couple of peanut butter chocolate cookies
  • A piece of no-sugar peanut butter cheesecake (made it myself)
This morning:
  • 10 whole wheat pancakes w/no-sugar syrup
  • 10 turkey sausage links
  • 2 egg omletted with ham and reduced fat swiss cheese

Just now:
  • Potato skins, jalapeno poppers, chicken fingers
  • peanuts
  • caesar salad
  • grilled chicken with sauted onions and mushrooms, covered with jack cheese
  • Baked potato with sour cream, cheddar, and bacon
  • 1 margarita

Later:

As I said I'm making pizza
I also have some no-sugar added reduced fat Eddy's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (that stuff is good)

Tomorrow morning, cardio for 40 minutes and back on a diet resembling my diet 4 weeks out from the contest

So far I haven't lost any vascularity or definition at all, I haven't bothered to weight myself. I've been drinking lots of water and Coke Zero.

I am more vascular now. I think the carbs screwed me not sure. I was so pissed off. Oh I just polished off 2 chili dogs and getting ready to watch a movie and have more cheesecake.

Monday - nice and clean and back to work!

Let's just say that my stomach wasn't thanking me after all that.
I fell asleep a couple times due to the insulin crashes from all the junk sugar.
I was bloated yesterday from 12:00PM(When I started) to 2:30AM(bedtime). It looked like I was pregnant, and hell i'm bloated as I type this right now.

I'm still thinking of finishing off the 2 slices of pizza that I have left in the fridge. But I think my post contest binge is pretty much over. My stomach is in pain from all the forced food.

Never again am I gonna binge this bad.

Yeah no kidding. I feel like absolute crap now because of it. I am thirsty as hell from all the sodium but I am bloated from all the food that if I drink much more water i'm gonna spew it all out.

Sweet fancy Moses, AYung you went crazy bro!!!

Man, I think you ate your own bodyweight in candy... LOL. It's alright you'll snap back. I had the shakes bad last night after my big Italian meal from the carbs, my poor little pancreas isn't use to all this abuse. I was jacked up all night and didn't actually go to bet until 2:30 am, then I woke up with a splitting headache, i was still dehydrated and all the carbs must have given me a carb hangover. I'm just now starting to smooth out a bit... it sucks. Back to cardio tomorrow morning and whey and tuna. Only 3 days until the next big cheat fest... THANKSGIVING, for us Americans. You crazy Canucks already had your turkey.

Yikes - it will be too tempting now that you had a taste. I'd take your 6 favorite items and give yourself 1 per week. Get rid of the rest of that junk!
