In my mind, it has already begun. I did 45 minutes of breakneck cardio this morning to control some of the Thanksgiving damage; yesterday I did a full-body circuit training session and 20 minutes of HIIT cardio. Tomorrow another 45 minutes of cardio and then Monday I'm starting a P/RR/S routine... I can't friggin' wait to hit that iron hard!!!

I would guess that's a safe bet; it's great to have the finals in Nov. before Thanksgiving, so you can pig out and feel like you've earned it.

There is a show hosted by the SNBF (Supernatural Bodybuilding Federation - http://www.snbf.com/ ) on July 21st that I would like to be my first show, so I want to train for it as well. I might need to shoot for a further out show, but that one would be nice.

I'll tell ya, looking at the IMPC pics really inspired me and makes me want to have a goal with a date that is set in stone.

I dropped out of the '06 after I took a few MONTHS off from the gym... too much crap happening at that point. Never again. Time to go lift!

The SNBF is a good federation founded and run by Bruce and Carol Johnson. They have four competitions: SNBF Georgia Open in Marietta, SNBF Southern Open in Suwanee, GA, SNBF Capital Classic in Montgomery, Alabama and the SNBF National show in Marietta. They are running their first Pro Show next November. I have done four SNBF shows and have enjoyed them all. The SNBF is affiliated with FAME/WNSO. You have made a good choice.

Thanks Scott! I saw they had your link on their site and said 'hey, I know that guy!'. They seem like a good organization, and if they are connected to FAME/WNSO all the better.
