Default IronMass Physique Challenge

Would anyone be interested in being part of a challenge to bring your body up to par for next Fall? Or even cut the time shorter, and take the time back to say ... a 4th of July "party" for IronMass members, who can make the greatest changes (which will be judged by 5 judges, probally Khan, InHuman, UsMuscle, EME and Johnny2Swole).

Winners will get an IronMass T-shirt.

Would you be interested?

I'm entering, but I would be impartial to winning the prize. And don't worry, I've got fat to lose and muscle to gain. We're all probally on the same par.

Right now, this is a ROUGH contest outline.

May 1st all pictures are DUE, with the newest issue of a magazine so we can tell they are recent.

8 Mandatory poses:

Rear/Front Lat, Rear/Front Double Bi, Side Bi, Side Tri, Ab/Thigh, MM

Prize right now (more may come) is an IronMass.com T-shirt. Not much, but it's all we can really give out right now.

The contest will run for, probally, 6 months or so. From May 1st to beginning of the new year. Which, will be a nice way to celebrate the new year for all members and watch our physiques grow and change throughout.

Judging panel (which will be impartial, grading on a nromal BB contest type point scale -- not yet agreed upon, but our wishes will be):

In-Human
Khan
USMuscle
EME
Johnny2Swole

Impartial to most, these will be able to judge us the best. As In-Human, Khan, USMuscle, EME and Johnny all have experience in BB'ing and I'm sure judging contests with their own opinions.

Any opinions from members or staff, feel free to post.

i think that the judges should also be aware of all supps/super-supps that the people are taking throught the contest....that way the person who has made the best improvement can be better judged...

May 15th deadline.

I will also be entering the contest, only as a moderate spectator. I want to be judged, and I need some motivation to keep lifting. This is perfect, I will not be able to place outside of cumulative points but the 1st-2nd-3rd winners WILL not include me. Point wise, it may yes -- but prizes and such will not.

What are the regulations concerning prohormones, or super supps? I think we need a list of "approved" supplements.

No illegal substances, if found out about use (or use is obvious ...) -- disqualification.

Sholiz,

I didn't see this before I made my other post.

It will be my honor to be a judge.

I agree.

I think any CURRENTLY legal, over the counter supplements should be allowable.

No prescription compounds, or otherwise illegal substances should be permitted, but if you can buy it on BB.com ( or elsewhere legit ) it should be allowable.

If there are any exception supplements anyone wants to add, lets discuss.

Very true EME, but remember. PH's are still legal in Europe, and we have a few people who may enter from Europe. No exceptions IMO. No hormone enhancing drugs will be permitted. 6-OXO, Tribulis, ect. we'll have to outline the rules on those.

And, thanks for the donation of the 5lbs of Whey. I'll add that to the prize list.
