CJay, check out the picture threads from last year in the 2007 IMPC Picture Updates subforum.

Don't worry too much about posing in the beginning. You'll learn and refine as you go. You aren't judged on your posing in the monthly update pics, only on the final pics. The monthly updates are required to make sure contestants are truly committed to the contest, but only the final pics are considered in determining a winner for the bodybuilding divisions. For MIP, the change from the first submission to the final is what is judged. However, real bodybuilding poses aren't required for MIP.

I am so glad the IMPC is up and running. I was starting to think it wasnt going to happen. Now i finally have a damn good reason to get cut again. I will be honest when i say i got VEERY lazy and got a little chubby. lol But it is all going to change!
