Competitors must make a pledge not to use any AAS, PH, GH, or other hormonal supplements ( legal or otherwise ) during the entire contest period. Open Bodybuilding Open to male and female IronMass members who have competed in a sanctioned Bodybuilding competition, or to those IronMass members who decide to skip the Novice class and begin competing in the Open Class. Competitors must submit pictures during each month of the competition. With the exception of the June entry period, all pictures must be submitted by the 10th of each month. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Awesome DJohnson, the IMPC wouldn't be the same without ya'!! If mods can start subforums, then we can just have our buddy Ikaika do it, but if you need to have admin rights, then I don't know who to ask.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | Nice Cjay! I think you're going to have a lot of fun with this, it's a huge hit every year we've done it; with the awesome prizes Madman/BB2k/Spaceclown have pulled together I think it's going to be even better this year.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Honestly, I think I've got about as much as I can handle with just trying to get everything together for the normal IMPC right now. Trying to get a fledgling PL division off the ground would require more time than I can spare.

Blacking out your face kinda makes it difficult to tell if it's really you from month to month. I have to think about it. Are you in the witness protection program? ![]()
