Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | For setting the bar so high! ![]() I think I'll throw on the thong and pose no matter how I look just for the sake of finishing a job started, but I'd be happy just with breaking single digits. I'm a little leaner than my stats show this week because I had my cheat yesterday and I'm a little bloated.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | Actually, god bless you Madman. Seeing what you've done, and hearing about what you've gone through.... really inspires me to push the envelope. Damn you for making me realize I've been half assing it, but bless you for helping me to see the light.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Damn me or bless me... it's all good!!! If I can provide motivation and inspiration to even a few people, that's a much bigger accomplishment than I could have ever dreamed to achieve. Now, if I could just inspire some real jealousy and hatred, then I'll know I've truly arrived. ![]()

![]() I'm going crazy theorizing how ripped Madman is and if I still have a chance to beat him at all. I'm going 110% now but 18 days isn't that much. ![]() I'd heard a million times before that it's hard to get into single digits but I still had no idea! ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I haven't had a cheat in, let's see... probably 12-13 weeks. The few times I've been out to eat, I've ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad with extra chicken, fat free dressing on the side, and I leave the croutons behind. I'm around junk food all the time and it's tough, but you've got to resist.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | EME obviously knows his stuff! I myself havent cheated since I started dieting, over 15 weeks ago. So when the contest is over it would have been over 18 weeks, and I am very proud of that.

| NGA & IDFA Master Pro | Michael. This comes under "small world" stuff. Burke Chandler, a competitor and friend from Oklahoma told me you were going to work with him on his posing. I told Burke you were terrific and he couldn't find anyone better.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 55 | Madman has worked his ASS off, which is why he looks like he does. ( Just wait and see what he looks like )I certainly appreciate the compliments, but I must give credit where it's due... to the man who has done the work. The best contest prep plan in the world won't work if the person doesn't follow it. No matter who the prep person is, the competitor still has to do the diet and training...every day.. day in and day out... and Madman has done that. - EME
