Bend in the road

A bend in the road is not the end of the road, at least that's what I'm repeating at this point. I missed picture submission this month. Between my husband (and cameraman) working 12-16 hour shifts and finals in graduate school, I just couldn't swing it. I know everyone has challenges and I appreciate how hard most of you have to work to get the pictures taken. I'm disappointed that I didn't make it the priority this week, but I'm not giving up on the contest. Just wanted to make that clear - my lack of picture submission is NOT a step toward resigning.

I knew, even when I saw no picture updates that you were still in this. Remember this is more of a contest with ourselves than with others. The pictures are just a way to document this journey, but the documentation is far less important than the journey.

By the way, you can't resign.. I won't let you.
