nope. He hasn't visited the site since 7/2/08 and hasn't responded to my PM so I'm not sure what's going on at this point. I'll update everyone when I have more information.

Hey guys, sorry for my lack of being around and for not getting the download up on time. You probably all want to hang me up by my toes.



I'm battling a bit of depression stemming from constant training injuries and I'm taking on a massive research project at work, so my mind has been a bit distracted to say the least. It's not an excuse though, I should have been on top of this.

Thanks, Ikaika for getting it done.

I look forward to seeing how everyone is progressing.

Hey man we're all just glad you're ok. I haven't been doing all that great since I've gotten so much smaller from the pneumonia but I'm working myself up to getting back to the gym. Tough stuff.

Injuries suck! I had shoulder surgery last year and was completely off training (except for light cardio) for several months. If it wasn't for all the sex, I would've been depressed too. (My wife is very considerate.)

My main injury is my shoulder. It is just tendonitis/bursitis at this point, but it is taking FOREVER to heal up, and it effects every lift... So, I'm outta the gym completely now... and it blows!!! Months of gains are just fading into the sunset... bye-bye pecs, bye-bye shoulders.

Have you considered a cortisone shot or decompression surgery (drastic and last resort, of course)? Are you sure that's tendonitis/bursitis and not a rc tear?

Thanks for posting up the download Ikaika and for letting us have until the 14th to post ...I almost missed the deadline...again!! Last month I waited until the last minute and then couldn't get them in on time...but I am still in this!

I am glad you are okay Madman, sorry about the inuries Keep your chin up and I hope things get better ASAP!! I haven't experienced that myself but dealing with a bum thyroid since Nov I can empathize with the frustration of not being 100% and doing what you normally would for training. Sending some positive, get better vibes your way!
