I want to do this years IMPC so bad! But I have to fix my little injury first, going to see a specialist Wednesday. My forearms are severly strained... nO COMMENTS PLEASE ..lol I was always going heavy on all my movements and now i cant curl 20lbs! I havent worked out in a month. I hate this injury!
