As you guys know I won't be in it but I will be watching and cheering also. This is a unique and awesome competition. I am bulking like a madman

I am chillin in the mid 250's and amazingly it's pretty clean weight. I don't see a cut happening till I hit 270's this time

WTF?!?!?!?! dayuuum son. thats huge. lol I feel like a gorilla right now and i am only 216lbs. i wont be cutting soon either, i want to hit 230 maybe and then start a slow cut for the IMPC.

Yeah I am doing well. Taking this week off as I have been going crazy in the gym since IMPC ended. Even in the 250's I don't look that big imo. Filling out this big ass frame is going to take some time.

I'm a hyooge 173 lbs and I'm cutting right now until I can see my lower ab veins completely again (prolly like 165). Then I'll bulk up to 180 before I do another mini-cut. I gotz to stay lean so I can get totally gross next time I prep... I wanna be so disgustingly lean that it makes little children cry and grown men vomit. I MUST be 20-30 lbs heavier and MUCH leaner next time I prep... :scared:

I am loving the insulation. I am lifting hyuge and fealing great in the gym. Hell ever since I hit the 250's shit hit a wall. It doesn't matter what I eat I am not busting past the 250's. Taking the week off and chilling then back at it.

i will be doing the IMPC 100% natural. No gear at all, just food, creatine and more food. My job is pissing me off, it is interferring with my weight training and diet way to much. hell i havent been to the gym in a week or maybe more. just to damn tired after work. shits gotta change. luckily i have an interview friday and saturday. 1st one is with the police dept the other is with a gym. wish me luck,.
