Congratulations to all the competitors who took part in the 2007 IronMass Physique Competition

You all did a terrific job and should be very proud of yourselves!

Everyone who completed the competition will be receiving a sculpted trophy with an engraved plaque to acknowledge your hard work.

quick note - on the score sheet I'm placed 2nd for Men's MIP, but in this thread it says 3rd.

Thanks Michael for another great year!! I am very proud to be the open division champ among this impressive field of competitors... everybody in this contest kicked butt and made me step up my game every step of the way. Thanks to all of you for giving me the motivation to improve.

We can't thank you enough Michael and the judges and everyone else who helps run this. I love how incredibly motivating this contest is and I'll definitely be back next year, SHREDDED for April 1.

Congratulations to everyone and I hope to see you all competing next year.

I think I'm going to make some peanut butter + rasberry jaffles and french toast them! (Carb up day, it's not cheating!

We all pushed each other to keep going, work harder and do the best we could and it was great to be part of such a great group of people working toward a common goal. We definitely are ALL winners tonight!
