Yeah... that would NOT be the way to do it.

I really recommend that you don't use a regular blade razor for this, especially the first time,... but hey...do whatchalike!

You can start training now, and start a log and take pics now if you like.
In fact, I encourage you to.

However, any pictures taken before the first week of April will not count toward the competition.

At the beginning of April we will post a special image for you to download and print out. You will need to be holding this picture in one of your April pics.
This is how we verify that the pictures you submit in April were actually taken in April.

Each month we will post a new image for you to download and hold in one of your pics for that month.

Your improvement will be judged based on your progress from your pictures taken and submitted in April, to your pictures submitted on the final day of the competition.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

- EME

We will post the picture online in the forum and you will need to download it and print it out to hold in your pictures.

Your first picture should be taken and posted during the first week of April.

The supplements, diet, and training program you use are up to you.
The only restriction is that competitors in the Novice Bodybuilding competition are not allowed to use any AAS, PH, or other hormonal supplements.

If I was you, I would treat this like a bodybuilding competiton and see where it comes from there... get big, and then lean down in November for the actual competition, this way you have a chance to win the bbing competiton and if you have shown tremendous improvement you can win the most improved also!

If I competed in the Novice (which I want to do) and let's say I couldn't get pictues one month (couldn't get a camera off someone). Would I be OUT of the competition? Or would I just get a penalty (I'm hoping for a penalty)? Cause I really want to compete.... but if I lose off of penalties for that.... well that would be something I would be willing to accept

You can technically miss three picture submissions without being disqualified.

However, if you missed three you most likely be out of contention to place.

The penalty for each missed submission will be substantial enough that it would most likely drop any competitor at least one place in the overall standings, and possibly further depending on how close the scoring was.

The monthly picture submissions are a BIG part of the competition and are important, but you won't technically be disqualified unless you miss more than 3 over the duration of the competition.

Alright. I shouldn't miss more than 3, especially if I can get my friend to become a good workout partner. Like I said, if I would have obtained first but got last because of picture submissions.... It would suck royally, but I would be fine with it. I just really wanna compete and give it my all, balls to the wall.
