Height: 5'9", Age: 62,
My last high on 2/1/2006 was 196 lbs.
My last low on 8/08/2006 was 167.5 lbs.

Cutting until I am lean
Starting weight: 190 lbs. bodyfat: 19.7%
November 27th: 183 lbs. bodyfat: 18.3% bodyfat
Goal Weight: 176 lbs with no more than 10% bodyfat

I'll keep this to fitness-related stuff, since that's why we're all here:

I'd like 3 things:
300 bench
450 squat
550 dead

That's a 1300 total. All these are small steps away.

And I'd like my weight to stay about 180 (where I am now) while I do it.

1) Get 2 of 3 semesters out of the way towards obtaining a master's degree.

2) Eat healthy through Halloween again (then it all goes to Hell).

3) Get a home gym set up in our garage and use it regularly -- plus do the Cooper River Bridge Run in April.

Hey guys:

Here are my main goals for 2006:

1) Complete my recovery and rehab so I can begin training again.

2) Help Kendra with her training so she can be her best for the 2006 IFBB Season.

3) Buy our first house this spring.

Those are my main goals.. but I have lots of small ones I hope to achieve as well.

Here's to 2006 being a GREAT year for everyone!

1) Give more of myself to my loved ones.
2) Be healthy and look good doing it.
3) Become a more active member of this site..maybe even
venture outside of the 30+ forum.
4) Be more knowledgeable on nutrition/training.

I believe that New Years Resolutions are made to brake but I am going to try in the year 2006 to
1. To have a lean, hard body by June, which includes my abs!
2. Be a better person in general. (long story!)
3. Get my life straightened out no matter what it takes, as far as lifting and feeling better about myself and just life in general!
I don't plan on braking these, I just want them to work in the year 2006.
