| Pro Stature | Ok..i put my journal in the wrong place the first time...lol So here i go again.. A little about me.. I'm 5'2 -123lbs as of this morning. Three years ago i weighed 220..so i have come along way from my size 22 pants day...yikes.. I love to run..i run about 5 days a week..and i also love to lift. Sometimes the two do not go hand in hand. But i'm trying.. I'm starting a new routine as of tomorrow. I'm going to do a full body workout either two or three days a week.Today was my off day so i'll be posting more tomorrow. You all have a good one.. ![]() Vanessa |

Thankfully rest day is over..now back to working out ..sometimes i wonder what i ever did before..oh i know EAT...anyway this morning i will go running 4-5 miles since i did my long run on Monday of 7.11 miles. I have a 10k race next Saturday i'm training for now. Then later today i'll do a full body workout. I'll post the routine here and see what you think.Vanessa |
