Hi Everyone,
Wow..i can't believe me old log is still here
I'm starting carb cycling again..i really need to drop some lbs before my next race on Nov.11..
Right now i'm at my highest i have been in a year 129.5..see my husband is in Japan and i have been comforting myself with food..i know...bad...bad...Vanessa...anyway i have come to my sense...lol..and i'm here ready to work...so are you all with me...
Oh before i forget my goal is to get to around 118..i'm 5'2 so this is what i hear is right for me

Tomorrow is running and lifting day for me. I will run 6-7 miles in the AM and will do full body weights in the afternoon..

Hi Everyone.
I'm getting here a bit late today ..i went running to the grocery store again and it's laundry day...what fun
So my workout for today was a 6.51 miles run in the rain. It was a good run the temp was about 50* and i had the whole park to myself
Today is also low carb day..not feel bad hopefully i can make it

M1-After Run
