ok..i checked out one of those calulators and it said that i should never eat under 1290 calories..so maybe i'll go 1300-1400 on my low days and 2000 on my high days. How does that sound.

and i am sure you know that those calculators arent really all that accurate....its better to track your cals and figure out where you are at maintanance and then subtract from there yanno?

but looks to me like youre doing great!

Good Morning Everyone,
Well today was running day for me. 6.46 miles in 1 hour 2 min..in the pouring rain...lol...needless to say i was the only idiot at the park running and i loved it. So now i'm dripping wet and need to go warm up...be back later to post my meals.. You all have a great dry day..

I've been looking for that Ezekiel bread everywhere but, can't find it? Always read people eating it but, the stores I go to don't seem to carry it? Hmmm..

Morning, Vanessa! I forgot about Ezekiel bread. I haven't had it in a long time. I think I'll look for some this weekend.

Glad you enjoyed running in the rain. When I was training for the long bike ride I did, I remember heading out into the rain. It really started pouring (and thundering and lightening) while I was out and about and people were looking at me like I was insane. I felt like a lightening rod. LOL

LOL...Hibby...i know what you mean..the looks i was getting yesterday from people made me laugh. I thought yeah laugh while your eating that egg mcmuffin....you should be out here running..

I do have a cheat meal every once and awhile. Like one Sunday a month..it's usually chips and mexican food...or pizza. I don't have them to much because i tend to go overboard.

Today's Workouts.
Running and lifting.

I've already finished the running-5.71 miles at the park. Now i'm getting ready to go lift. Today will also be my high calorie/carb day
