| Pro Stature | I have a question that i hope doesn't sound to stupid. When i write out my workouts on here like this Dead lift w/ Dumbells 2x10@28.5lb...thats just one dumbbell..is that the way you all do it or do you add the weight of both db's..see i told you it was stupid...lol V |

Remember the body adapts to specific input over an extended period of time. Its a good idea to throw in some X-training to mix it up a bit....lecture over Be sure to look after those bones and joints, chickie Have a nice day! |
