I was pretty much against the idea of having *2* different journals (one is hard enough to update) but since I cannot access the other one during the day... and pretty much need a journal to keep me accountable, well I'm starting this one ![]() I'm currently 5 days out of my next comp... and it's been almost a year since I having my baby boy (he'll turn one nest Tuesday). My prep is going rather well I think, I do have my best bod ever, even though I don't feel quite ready... My coach was very upset this morning when I told her I had doubts about competing this weekend, she told me she would push me on stage if needed ![]() So here's what I look like now, these pics were taklen exactly one week out. ![]() and ![]() I began the sodium load on Monday and I do feel like the Michelin man right now, even though I'm surprised to see I haven't lost that much definition. I got bodyfat tested this morning and I'm at 8.2% hoping to go down to around 7% by Sunday. So that's it... whish me luck!

I wich I could be in bed every day at 7 ![]() Today's torture will be divided in two since it's my last day of training YIIIIIHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAa This morning I did Legs, Shoulders A1 -DB Incline StepUP 1 x 6 @ 35s 1 x 12 @ 20s 1 x 25 @ 10s A2 -Addcutor 1 x 6 @ 140 lbs 1 x 12 @ 110 lbs 1 x 25 @ 80 lbs stable A3 -Hip Elevation (with plyo ball between the knees) 3 x 30-35 ball was only 11 lbs and I kept (more or less) the same amount of reps will had a set or two tonight B1 - DB Shoulder raise 1 x 6 @ 25s 1 x 12 @ 17.5s 1 x 25 @ 8s stable B2 - BB Shoulder press 1 x 6 @ 75 lbs 1 x 12 @ 55 lbs 1 x 25 @ 35 lbs a bit less weight - 5 lbs less everywhere B3 - DB Rear Delt Raise 1 x 6 @ 20s 1 x 12 @ 15s 1 x 25 @ 5s x 25 stable I'll do Abs & cardio tonight after picking up my suit! That's it for now
